SIMPLEE SIX PROGRAM

SIMPLEE SIX is a 6 week program I will be doing to shred the fat fast! Lose 30 lbs in 6 weeks.

It is a big goal, but I believe if I work hard and stick to the plan I can achieve the goal!

SIMPLEE SIX Program is a variation of two workout plans / programs - Get Fit Summer Challenge & A 6 week half marathon running plan.

Power/Gator Aide
Ice Tea
Smoothie (no milk)
Soup
Fruits
The DON'Ts
Ice coffee
Fry foods
Fast foods
Alcohol - (wine only)
Rice, Bread or Flour

Can you see any difference? What I see:

  • Stomach is a little smaller
  • Back creases are going away
  • Love handles a little smaller
Now on to the Simple HICT plan.
