SIMPLEE HICT

A 3 week training program to shred the fat fast!


  • HIIT Sprints x10.
  • 2 Circuits  each x 10.
  • 3-4 days per week at home/gym.
  • Starting Sunday May 8, 2016

This program will overlap for one week with my Simplee Six program. I need to drop a lot of weight in 3 weeks, for a $500 contest at work so I am pulling out all the stops.


Sunday May 8th, starting weight 217lbs. 


Ran a 5k race the day before at 30 mins, 25 seconds. Here I am finishing strong!




Sunday May 15th, weight 212 lbs, down 5 lbs.

Ran my 1st half marathon, 2.5 hours, felt amazing.




Sunday May 22nd, weight 212 lbs, down 0 lbs.


My next fitness challenge is a Duathlon.




Friday May 27, 2016: 204 lbs, down 8 lbs.


Got second place in the competition, won $150, if I had lost one more pound I would have won $500. Still happy with the progress and everything achieved, I will be taking a few days off, then on June 1st I will start my Simplee 45UP Plan.

SIMPLEE SIX PROGRAM

SIMPLEE SIX is a 6 week program I will be doing to shred the fat fast! Lose 30 lbs in 6 weeks.

It is a big goal, but I believe if I work hard and stick to the plan I can achieve the goal!

SIMPLEE SIX Program is a variation of two workout plans / programs - Get Fit Summer Challenge & A 6 week half marathon running plan.
